- On May 1, 1877, a new organ was inaugurated in the Protestant Dreifaltigkeitskirche in Luxembourg City. It was made by the company Gebr. Stumm from Rhaunen-Sulzbach and had 18 stops, divided over two manuals and pedal. The instrument was expanded in the early twentieth century with a Trompete 8'.
- The Luxembourg company Haupt converted it around 1934. The Unterwerk was given a new location and was placed in a swell box. The disposition of this work was also expanded and it received a completely new pneumatic action. The old Hauptwerk and the Pedal remained unchanged.
- Jean Gomrée changed the disposition of the Schwellwerk in 1967 and he also placed a new Mixtur on the Hauptwerk. The pneumatic action of the Schwellwerk was electrified by Lintgen in 1971. He also expanded the pedal compass by two tones to d'.
- The Oberlinger company restored the organ in 1998 under the advice of Pierre Drauth. The starting point was a reconstruction of the work of 1877 while retaining some extensions from later years.
