- In the years 1634-1641 Johann Lorentz built a new organ for the Sankte Mariae Kirche in Helsingor (Helsingborg). The organ was built using material from the previous sixteenth century organ. Dietrich Buxtehude became organist of this church in 1660. On his advice, Hans Christoph Fritzsche worked on the organ in 1662. Buxtehude left for Lübeck in 1667.
- The organ was dismantled in 1849 and sold to the village church of Torrlösa. The Rückpositiv was lost during the transfer. Jürgen Marcussen rebuilt the instrument in 1854. A new prospect was created, but the old prospect pipes were preserve. In 1960-1962 Frobenius restored the organ. They constructed a new Ryggpositiv, which, however, does not is in style with the organ. They also replaced the windchests with new ones and the action was completely renewed.
