- In the years 1722-1724 Lambert Kastens built an organ for the Garnisonskirke in Copenhagen. Knud Olsen built a new organ in the old organ case in 1860. The case of the positiv was removed. In the course of time, the organ was again rebuilt and to pneumatic action by the firm Starup & Søn in 1923 and 1948.
- Carsten Lund reconstructed the original organ. This work was completed in 1995. The case of the Ryggpositiv has been reconstructed. Advisers were Cor Edskes and organist Hans Westenholz
