In 1910 bouwde Gustav Heinze een nieuw orgel voor de kerk van Ruhland. Bij de bouw werd de orgelkas van het vorige orgel overgenomen, dat uit 1854 dateerde. Het instrument is in 1996 gerestaureerd door de firma Voigt.
