In de kathedraal van Lincoln bouwde Father Henry Willis in 1898 een nieuw orgel in de orgelkas uit 1826. Deze kas was door E.J. Willson ontworpen en werd door Willis vergroot. In 1960 restaureerde Harrison & Harrison het instrument. De tractuur werd electro-pneumatisch gemaakt, er kwam een nieuwe speeltafel en verschillende registers werden toegevoegd. Bij een restauratie in 1998 door dezelfde firma werd een tremulant aan het Choir Organ toegevoegd.
