- The large organ by Kauffmann from St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna was completed in 1960. It has four manuals and pedal. The fourth manual acts as one keyboard for three Brüstungspositive. The organ is called 'Riesenorgel' by the local congregation.
- Because the organ functioned unsatisfactorily, the Rieger firm placed a new large organ in the church in 1991, in the choir. In 2017, Rieger started a restoration of the Riesenorgel. In addition, the pipework has been arranged differently, so that the sound could be better satisfy in the church. Rieger also placed a organ case around the pipes behind the front, invisible from the church to prevent them from dust and dirt, and to make the sound more compact. The organ could be put back into use on 4 October 2020. The official inauguration concert was played by Konstantin Reymaier, Ernst Wally and Nathan Laube.
