- In the monastery church in Vorau, the organ is set up in two separate casings, with space for the singers and the playing table in between. The organ was built in the years 1720-1750 by Andreas Schwarz, possibly using material from earlier organs. Around 1850, both organs were completely converted by the organ maker Tischler from Graz, who turned it into one instrument with three manuals and pedal.
- In the years 1888-1890 Matthäus H. Mauracher built a new organ in the old greenhouses. This organ had 43 stops, three manuals and pedal, and was built with pneumatic tractions and suspension valve drawers. The instrument came into use on August 14, 1890. In 1959-1960 the disposition from 1750 was reconstructed by the company Dreher & Reinisch, so that since then there is again a three-manual organ with mechanical drag drawers.
- A restoration of the church interior started in 2011. The company Pircher Orgelbau built a new organ in the historical cases in the years 2011-2013. Church and organ were inaugurated in 2013, when the Stift existed 850 years.
