In de Central Presbyterian Church te Hamilton is een groot orgel aanwezig, een van de grootste orgels in Hamilton en omgeving. Het werd in 1908 gebouwd en geplaatst door Casavant Fréres in typisch Engelse stijl. In 1917 breidde Casavant het uit met een Echo Organ. Dit Echo Organ (Fernwerk) stond achter in de kerk opgesteld en werd bespeelbaar gemaakt naar keuze van Great of Choir. Ook zijn er twee pedaalstemmen op het Echo gedisponeerd. In 1950 is de speeltafel vervangen door een nieuwe.
In 1982 werd het orgel volledig omgebouwd in Franse stijl onder advies van organist Paul Grimwood. De werkzaamheden werden uitgevoerd door Casavant in samenwerking met Alan T. Jackson. In 2008 is de speeltafel gemoderniseerd door de firma Alan T. Jackson (Robert Hiller). Deze bouwers restaureerden in 2010 ook het Echo Organ.
