2008 Michel Jouve  restoration

On September 21, 2008, the organ of Saint-Félix in Aiguillon was put back into use, after a two-year restoration by Michel Jouve. The organ was built in 1877 by Jules Magen, but was overhauled and modified by Schwenkedel in 1962. The disposition was adapted during these works under the influence of the neo-Baroque. After the 2007/2008 restoration, the instrument was returned to its original state. After a festive church service, Jérôme Chabert gave a concert on the renovated organ.
