  • Franz Thoma built a new organ for the church of the Augustinian Monastery in Schlehdorf in 1783. After the resolving of the cloister, the church was inaugurated as a parish church in 1803 and dedicated to Saint Tertulin. The organ underwent a major renovation in 1877 by Max März. He constructed a new freestanding console and a completely new mechanism. Furthermore, the Mixtur was replaced by a Salicional 8' and the Trumpet of the pedal by a Quintbass 10 2/3'.
  • Franz Borgias März installed a large new bellow in 1907. Guido Nenninger from Munich restored the organ in the years 1957-1962. However, much original material was destroyed. He replaced all pedal stops with new ones, expanded the manual compass 56 tones replaced the console.
  • A more successful restoration in the spirit of Thoma's original work of art was carried out by Johannes Führer in 1997-2000. The Thoma organ in Serfaus in Tirol was used as an example for the measurements and mechanics. Consultant Michael Hartmann played the dedication concert on September 17, 2000.
