- The previous organ at New York's Holy Trinity Church (Wall Street) was built in the years 1961-1970 by the Aeolian-Skinner Company. Part of the church's previous organ, built by Skinner in 1920, was used in its construction. The organ was one of the largest organs in the city.
- The organ was severely damaged as a result of the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. It was replaced in 2003 by a large electronic organ. A new organ will be build, and the inauguration is scheduled for 2022.
