In 1855-1856 Hippolyte Loret built a new organ for the Sint Amanduskerk in Bellegem. It is a classically designed organ with a Hoofdwerk (main organ) and Rugwerk (gallery positive). In 1905 Oscar Anneessens carried out works, during which the organ was radically modified. Jules Anneessens installed a wind motor in 1926. In 1933 an overhaul followed by the company Victor Van de Loo. The Loncke company carried out a restoration in 1981. The organ was then taken into use again on June 28, 1981 with a concert by Roger Deruwe.
