Built by: Klais Orgelbau (1977) - opus 1552
Klais Orgelbau built a new organ in 1977 for the Liebfrauenkirche in Donauwörth. The organ has a case designed by Josef Schäfer. The carving was made by Matthäus Bayer. Consultant was Dr. Gerd Völkel. As a nice touch, two flaps have been made at the bottom of the central tower of the positive, which can be opened from the console. A red devil then appears and is forced to play a song of praise to God with his pan flute.
