- The organ in the church of Kirchlinteln is the former Rückpositiv of the organ built by Hans Scherer (I) for the Sankt-Nikolaikirche in Stade. This organ from 1587-1590 was disassembled in 1834, when the Nikolaikirche was also demolished. The rest of the organ (Hauptwerk, Brustwerk and Pedal) was transferred by Peter Tappe to the Marienkirche in Himmelpforten. In 1871 Johann Hinrich Röver built a new organ in this case. This instrument had two manuals and thirteen stops.
- The interior of the current organ in Kirchlinteln is new. It was built in 1963 by Paul Ott, replacing the 1871 organ by Johann Hinrich Röver. The original prospect pipes of Scherer are still present. The organ was renovated in 2018 by Jörg Bente. He revoiced the instrument at this occasion.
