- In 1738, Johann Patroclus Möller built a large organ for the monastery church in Marienmünster. It has been completely rebuilt and modified over time. After a last conversion in 1921 by the Feith company, Möller's work was hardly recognizable anymore. Under the advice of Rudolf Reuter, the organ was restored in 1966 by the Breil company. The original condition of 1738 has been completely reconstructed.
- In 2010-2012, the Ernest Muhleisen company carried out a new restoration under the advice of Christian Ahrens and Patrick Armand. On November 23, 2012, the organ was dedicated again.
