The organ of the Kloosterkerk in Vianden was probably built in 1693 by a monk. In 1815 the instrument got a pedal keyboard. The brothers Müller from Reifferscheid changed the action to pneumatic in 1904. Georg Haupt delivered a new electro-pneumatic organ in the historic case in 1953. This was replaced in 1993 by a new organ with mechanical slider chests from the Westenfelder company.
