- There was a Heyligers organ in the church building 'De Poort' on Urk. The church building, built in 1974, had the address Lange Dam 51. A new church was later built across the street, at number 52. This church was inaugurated on September 29, 2013. The Heyligers organ has been sold. From 2019, a suitable pipe organ has been sought.
- In 2022 it was announced that Ide Boogaard will build a new organ for the church, which is scheduled to be completed by mid-2024. Pipework by Steenkuyl from 1899, originating from the organ of the Westerkerk in Enkhuizen, and pipework from the builder's stock are used in the construction. A two-manual organ with 27 stops has been designed. Consultant is Henk Verhoef.
