- The Sint Jozefkerk in Zwaagdijk-Oost was dedicated on May 5, 1954. The church was designed by the architect De Vries. The organ was transferred from the previous church building. It has been built by the company P.J. Adema & Zn. in 1901 (the Adema archives give 1898 as the year of construction).
- The organ is in a bad condition, and it is hardly playable.
