- In October 1957, the Verschueren company installed a second-hand organ in the Jacobuskerk in Wester-Zwaagdijk. Bernard Bartelink was consultant. It is not known who originally built the organ and what the original location has been. It seems to be an instrument from around 1900.
- The church was closed in 2018. The organ was dismantled in April 2021. It has been sold to Portugal. The church is being converted into care apartments.
