- Het orgel in de Doopsgezinde kerk te Enkhuizen is gebouwd door de firma Ypma in 1910. Het is een pneumatisch orgel met één manuaal en een vrij pedaal.
- In de jaren 1990-1993 is het orgel door Flentrop gedeeltelijk gereviseerd, waarbij nieuwe membranen zijn geplaatst. Omdat geld voor een echte restauratie ontbrak is het orgel daarna nog hersteld door Henk Nauta (opnieuw beleren van de windladen) en door Jan Bruin (intonatie).
