- In 1997 Jacob Breetvelt built a new organ for the church hall of Molendael Medical Center, Molenweg in Baarn. The organ was inaugurated on September 23, 1997, with a concert by Gert Muts.
- The instrument was transferred in 2006 to Meander Medisch Centrum, location Elizabeth in Amersfoort. When this building was closed and eventually demolished, the organ was sold in December 2014 to a private person in Utrecht.
