- A contract was signed on 8 July 1965 with the firm Pels & Zn. for the construction of a new organ for the chapel of the Sint Carolus Hospital in 's-Hertogenbosch. The instrument was examined by Hub. Houët on June 6th, 1966. He was construction consultant on behalf of the KKOR.
- The chapel was closed in 1976 and the organ was transferred to Maria Geboortekerk at Evertsenstraat 35. This church was built in 1971, but was closed in 1999 and sold in 2001 to the Gereformeerde Kerk (Vrijgemaakt), who, however, transferred their own organ to the building.
- In 2004 the Pels organ was reloacted in the Exodus Church in Sommelsdijk. In addition, the Nasard 1 1/3' of swell has been shifted to a Nasard 2 2/3'. It was commissioned on November 26, 2004. Piet Westhoeve was the adviser for the transfer. He also play the opening concert.
