The organ contains older material: Pipes from 1855 by Flaes & Brünjes
The organ was built in 1938 by Hendrick Wicher Flentrop. Flentrop overhauled the organ in 1991. However, a thorough restoration was necessary. The organ had been in unplayable condition since 2000. In December 2012, the Flentrop company started a restoration. The organ could be inaugurated again in May 2013. During the restoration it was discovered that the organ contains pipework by Flaes & Brünjes from 1855, from the organ of the Mennonite Church in Wormerveer.
