- In 1929 Hendrick Wicher Flentrop built an organ for the Gereformeerde Kerk (Reformed Church) in Scherpenzeel in Gelderland. A windchest and three ranks from the firm Ypma & Co were used during the construction. dating from 1842. The origin of this material is unknown, but it is said to have come from a Hervormde Kerk (Dutch Reformed Church). The church's previous organ, a cabinet organ from 1797, was sold to the Gemeentemuseum in The Hague on July 28, 1930. The new organ was inaugurated in early 1930. A son of Flentrop played the organ on this occasion.
- A new church building on the Molenweg was inaugurated on March 24, 1959. The same year the Flentrop company transferred the instrument to the present church. A new organ case was installed, with a new prospect, manufactured by a company in Scherpenzeel. The organ case was designed by Hindrik Eldering, architect of the church. The Dolce 8' was replaced with a Quint, and the Trumpet with a Sesquialter.
- In 1981 it was decided to have a new organ built by Hendriksen & Reitsma, using the historical Ypma ranks of the previous organ again.
