• The Spiering organ of the Gereformeerde Kerk in Baarland was lost due to the flood disaster. After extensive orientation, the church council chose the Swiss organ builder Glättli. This company would build a new organ with eighteen stops, which was to be completed in 1962. However, it was never posted. The Verschueren company built another new organ in 1963.
  
• The church building closed in 2005. The organ has been moved to the Markuskerk in Breda.
