- In 1964, De Graaf built a small positive for Den Ooiman in Doetinchem. The organ case was designed by mr. W.A. Heineman from Velp. Fifteen years later, the organ had to be moved to a new building. De Graaf carried out the work, revoicing the instrument and overhauling the action.
- In February 2023, the organ was transferred to one of the meeting rooms of the Kruisbergkerk, Bezelhorstweg 54 in Doetinchem. It was transferred by Gerrit Ordelman and Leendert van der Maas. The church hall in Den Ooiman had to be evacuated because it is no longer used for church services.
