- In 1981 the company Vierdag started the construction of an entirely new organ for the Hervormde Kerk (Dutch Reformed Church) in Hedel. The existing instrument of De Koff from 1947 was decommissioned. Due to the bankruptcy of Vierdag on December 31, 1981, the organ was only partially completed. At the end of 1982 the organ could be put into use in its unfinished form. Only the main work (Hoofdwerk) was ready. The company B.A.G. Orgelmakers completed the instrument in the years 1985-1987. Aart van Beek was consultant during the work.
- In the spring of 2021, major maintenance was carried out by W.B. Dijkhuizen. All pipes have been cleaned and overhauled where necessary. The front pipes are fitted with copper inner feet because there were problems due to sagging. From the largest pipes of the flutes 16' and 8' the plugs have been removed, which gives them more sound. The voicing of the organ has been completely revised. Some small disposition modifications have also been made. On the Borstwerk the Principal 4' has been changed into a Quint 2 2/3', and the Sexquialter into a Terts 1 3/5'. The composition of the Mixtuur has been altered by silencing the highest choir, and from c'' the top two choirs. The Borstwerk is equipped with new swell doors, which can be operated with the foot.
