Built by: Van den Berg & Wendt (1965)

  • On October 11, 1965, a new organ was put into use in the Opstandingskerk (Church of the Resurrection) in Arnhem, built by the firm Van den Berg & Wendt. Johan van Dommele was the consultant for the construction. He also played the organ during the inauguration.
  • The Opstandingskerk has been in use by the Samen-op-Weg municipality since 2000. The former Pniëlkerk in the district was demolished in 2001. The Leeflang organ present in this church has moved to the Kandelaarkerk.
  • Because of a fusion with the congregation of the Diaconessenkerk, the church was renamed on October 1st, 2020, to Nieuwe Kerk (New Church).
