- E.J. Margry designed a large neo-gothic church for the parish of Loosduinen, that was dedicated on August 17, 1881. The firm Maarschalkerweerd & Zn. built the organ of this church in 1903. Before that time, an organ was probably in use that was taken from the former building. Nothing else is known about this instrument. Maarschalkerweerd built the instrument with pneumatic action. It was a gift by the parishioners for the jubilating pastor De Bruijn, who was a pastor in 1903 for 25 years. The organ was played by A. Giessen in February 1903 during the dedication. Mr. Giessen, organist of the Sint Theresia church in The Hague, also acted as consultant during the construction. An electric wind machine was installed in 1917.
- The first modification to the organ took place in 1960, when Vermeulen from Alkmaar moved the console, renovated the pipe work and renewed the membranes. The organ suffered a lot due to the new hot air heating, so that a major restoration was started in 1966 by the Vermeulen company. The stop list has changed considerably: nine stops were removed, and ten new ones were added. Vermeulen also added a General Crescendo pedal. Leo Hartman played the organ duriing the re-dedication on April 9, 1967.
- Due to changes in the liturgical process, people wanted the organ to be closer to the liturgical center in the 1980's. The firm P.C. Bik moved it to the transept on the floor in 1986. Bik made a new organ case and installed new bellows, but maintained the old prospect. The stop list has not been changed. In 1994 Bik installed a new wind engine.
