- In 1944 the church of Bemmel was heavily damaged during fighting. The old organ, built by the firm of Kuerten & Stöcker in 1834, was largely lost. In 1953 Van Leeuwen delivered a new organ using the old case and wooden pipework. On November 26, 1953, the instrument was taken into use. Flentrop repaired the organ in 1970 and altered the stop list. In 1999 Flentrop renewed the console.
- At the beginning of 2016, the organ was overhauled and expanded by Nico van Duren. There is a Sesquialter placed on the positive and a Dulcian on the main work. The Sesquialter comes from the church of the H. Harten on the Brucknerplein in EIndhoven, and the Dulcian has been taken from the former Vermeulen-Alkmaar organ of the sisters in Oudenbosch.
