- For the Hervormde Kerk (Dutch Reformed Church) in Ulrum, Nicolaas Anthonie Lohman built his first new organ in the Netherlands. The carving is made by mr. M. Walles. On October 22, 1806 it was examined by P.M. Nieborgh (organist in Groningen) and J. Buizinge (organist of the church), after which it was dedicated on November 2, 1806.
- Van Oeckelen repaired the organ in 1872/1873 and removed the Basson 16'. Instead, a Bourdon 16' was added at the location of the Holpijp 8', and the Holpijp replaced the Basson. Van Oeckelen also made a new manual. The organ remained unchanged after this. The church itself was restored in 1916, thereby removing the stucco from the walls and vaults, which had effect on the acoustics.
- The organ was dismantled by Bakker & Timmenga in 1981 and completely restored. On March 3, 1984 it was put back into use with a concert by Aart van Beek, consultant during the restoration.
