- In 1918 an organ was built for the Gereformeerde Hulpkerk (temporary church) on the Daalseweg in Utrecht. This instrument was transferred to the Bethelkerk (Bethel Church) in 1955, and in 1959 to the Immanuelkerk (Immanuel Church), 't Goylaan 129. The old organ was demolished in 1961 because the Van Vulpen company had built a completely new organ for the church. The new organ was inaugurated on 8 September 1961, with a recital by the church organist, Henk Seldenthuis. At the time of delivery, the Dulciaan 16' of the Hoofdwerk had not yet been placed. The Immanuel Church was closed in 1983. The building burned to the ground on 10 June 1984.
- The organ was transferred in 1983 to the Markuskerk (Marcus Church), Wijnesteinlaan 2 in Utrecht. In this church there was a Steenkuyl organ, bought from the Hervormde Kerk (Dutch Reformed Church) in Baarn. This organ was dismantled in 1983 and sold to a church in Waalwijk. Van Vulpen carried out a revision of the organ in 1990.
- The Marcus church is closed from January 2018 and the building was sold to a new congregation, Motion Church. Because they do not use a pipe organ during their services, the organ has been sold to the Vredeskerk in Veenendaal, where is was inaugurated on October 1st, 2020. Consultant during the transfer was Jaap Jan Steensma. The Nasard 1 1/2' from the Rugwerk was replaced by a new Sesquialter. The Nasard of this Sesquialter can be chosen separately.
