Year | Builder | Opus | Activity | 1929 | Bernard Pels & Zn. | 64 | new organ | 2010 | Pels & Van Leeuwen | restoration |
- The company Pels & Zn. built a new organ for the Sint Dionysiuskerk in Rijssen in 1929 to replace an instrument from Naber from 1838. The old bellows from this organ were retained. These bellows were probably placed by Elberink in 1868. Consultant was Fr. C. Huygens. The organ was dedicated on September 8, 1929.
- The organ is still in its original state. The console was originally located in the middle of the organ, but it was later placed on the left side of the singing stand. A special feature is the transposer, which makes it possible to transpose per semitone to a pure quarter down and a large third up. Pels & Van Leeuwen carried out a restoration in 2010. The restoration was supervised by Cees van der Poel on behalf of the KKOR. The official inauguration took place in a small group on September 17. Pastor Scheve dedicated the instrument, after which church organist, Berto Oosterveen, and the consultant played a small recital. On Sunday, September 19, the organ sounded for the first time during the Sunday Mass.
