Orgelmaker in Schwerin, born on April 18, 1827, as the son of Friedrich Friese (II). He succeeded his father after his death and expanded the organ building. Many organs were built in the Schwerin area. After his death on December 13, 1896, Marcus Runge took over the organ building.
