The organ at Saint Thomas' Church in Warblington was built in 1883 by Alfred Hunter. It stood on the west side of the church, on the church floor. In 1893 it was moved to the north side of the choir, but it was returned to its original location in 1926. In 1984 the firm of Griffiths & Cooper carried out an overhaul. In 2011, the organ became contaminated as a result of a fire in the church. It was subsequently cleaned and restored by Geoff Griffiths.
