- Mount Saint Canice's Church is part of a complex with schools and a monastery. It was built in the years 1886-1890 for the Sisters of the Good Shepherd. The Memorial Church was built in 1909 and designed by Alan Cameron Walker. The building had been used as a parish church since 1995. The firm of Hill, Norman & Beard (Australia) built an organ for this church in 1939. It was placed on the gallery on the west side of the nave in two separated organ cases, to the left and right of the window.
- The organ was built in 1976 by K.R. Davis & Son moved to the church floor, in the south transept. The two caes were placed next to each other and a new console was delivered. In 2009 the organ was overhauled by the Australian Pipe Organs company.
