- In 1902 Théophile Delmotte built a new organ for the Église Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice in Tournai. It is placed in two organ cases on either side of the large window in the west facade. The instrument replaced an organ from 1877. The new organ was dedicated on October 29, 1902. Alphonse Mailly played the inauguration concert.
- As a result of bombing raids on Tournai during the First World War, the church building was damaged. The organ was dismantled and stored in 1918. In 1920, Maurice Delmotte re-installed the instrument. The disposition has been altered on this occasion. The Salicional 4' from Grand Orgue was replaced by a Montre 16', which is partly a transmission of the Montre 8'. On the Récit the Quinte 2 2/3' was replaced by a Quintaton and the Voix Humaine 8' by a Clarinette.
- In 1997 the console was removed, and an electronic organ was installed in its place.
