In 1801 a new organ was installed in the Hospitalskyrkan in Gävle by Pehr Strand. The instrument had no pedal, and seven stops on the manual. In 1857 the instrument was donated by P.C. Rettig to the small church of Annefors. Over time, it has been expanded with a pedal and the stop list has been modified. In 1960 a restoration was carried out by J. Blomgren from Bollnäs.
