In 1992 Unity Lutheran Church in Bel-Nor, St. Louis, burned down and the organ of the church, built by Werner Bosch in 1970-1971, was lost. After the church had been rebuilt, Martin Ott installed a new organ. This instrument was dedicated in February 1996 with a concert by Paul Manz.
