In 1895, the firm of Koehnken & Grimm built an organ for the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church in Mt Adams, Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1973 the parish was merged with the parish of Immaculate Conception, after which the church building was closed. The organ was transferred to its present location that year by the firm of Cunningham Pipe Organs.
