  • The organ in Västra Hargs Kyrka was built by Nils Ahlstrand in 1839. During construction he partly used older pipework, from an organ of the organ maker Cahman. The keys tones (c°-g°) of the pedalboard are playing the lowest pipes (C-G) from the chest, so it is repeating. In 1895 Gustaf Lundquist made some repairs. He installed a Physharmonica on this occasion. This stop was removed again in 1979 during a restoration by Magnusson.
  • In 2005-2006 Ålems Orgelverkstad carried out a restoration. Changes made over time were reconstructed to the original form. On June 3, 2006, the organ was inaugurated with a concert by Jan H. Börjesson.
