The organ in the Stiftskirche in San Candido (Innichen) was built by Andreas Putz in 1629. The old interior is no longer present. The previous case of a Rückpositiv was probably removed by Matthias Mauracher in 1845. In 1889, Franz Reinisch built a new organ in the old case, reusing some pipework from 1629. Alois Fuetsch renewed the Gamba in 1912.
In 2002, a completely new organ was built in the case by the Pirchner company.
