1868 Peter Ulrik Frederik Demant & Søn  new organ
1944 Marcussen & Søn  enlargement
1978 Marcussen & Søn  restoration

  • In 1868 Johannes Andreas Demant built a small organ with three registers for Ansager Kirke. The organ was donated by Mads Bertelsen. On 26 May 1868 it was placed in the church. In 1944 the organ was expanded by Marcussen & Søn with four new registers. The front was widened and new front pipes were placed, which are not speaking.
  • In 1978 it was renovated by Marcussen. The organ was rebuilt and the original prospect appearance was restored. The organ was moved within the church, from the west side to the northern transept. The extensions from 1944 were now installed at the backside with a grille for the sound radiation.
