According to a note in the Zeitschrift für Instrumentenbau, the Weigle company built an organ with 28 stops for the Sankt Leonhardskirche in Sankt Gallen in early 1887. It is not clear which church this refers to, because the Sankt Leonhardskirche had an organ by Kuhn & Spaich from 1866, which was replaced in 1931 by a new organ by Orgelbau Kuhn.
