The organ contains older material: from 1757 by Friedrich Rudolf Dalitz
The organ in the Altstädter Kirche in Toruń (Thorn) was built in 1873 by the company Sauer. The organ case and a part of the pipework were taken over from the previous organ of the church, built in the years 1756-1757 by Friedrich Rudolf Dalitz. On November 12, 1873, the organ was inspected by Mr. Lesman, organist of the cathedral in Thorn. After the Second World War, the church was taken into use by Jesuits under the name Sankt Annakirche. The organ has been preserved almost without modification. Only the Basson 8' is gone. During a restoration by the Sajdowski company in 1974, a Cymbel 2 fach was placed on the empty spot.
