In 1858 Julius Strobel built an organ for the Sankt Ulrichkirche in Sangerhausen. The instrument has been modified over time. The Sauer company carried out a restoration in the years 2005-2010, in which the original situation has been reconstructed. The organ was put back into use on 11 September 2010.
