In 1768 Pieter van Peteghem built an organ for the parish church of Maldegem. The Positive was added around 1795 by Lambert-Benoît van Peteghem. In 1865 the instrument was sold to the parish in Landskouter. The organ was in poor condition for a long time. It was restored by the Lapon company in the years 2005-2007. The organ was festively put back into use on January 20, 2008. The organ has two manuals, but no pedal. There is also no keyboard coupler.
