In 1952 bouwde de firma Biernacki een nieuw orgel voor de herbouwde domkerk van Wroclaw. Het orgel is gebouwd met behulp van materiaal afkomstig van het enorme Sauer-orgel in de Jahrhunderthalle. De speeltafel heeft vijf manualen. Vanaf het vijfde manuaal is het koororgel te bespelen.
