Johann Wiegleb and Kaspar Nößler built a new organ for the Evangelische Kirche in Steppach in 1749. The old interior was lost in 1890. The Steinmeyer company delivered a new organ that year, but the old facade was retained. In 1980 the Hoffmann company built a new organ behind the historic prospect.
