The organ contains older material: Organ case from 1755 by Builder unknown
In 1976 Peter Bruhn built a new organ for Skårup Kirke. The front dates from 1755. Anna Margrethe von Halem donated the organ to the church in this year. In 1929 a new organ was placed behind this facade by Marcussen. This last instrument was replaced by the current one in 1976. In 2011, the organ was restored by Andersen & Bruhn. They switched the Principal 2' and the Gemshorn 2' from manual.
